THIS POSITION IS MONDAY-FRIDAY FROM 12:30PM-5:30PM!!!

As an Assistant Teacher, youโ€™ll support lead teachers in creating engaging, play-based classrooms that foster early learning and development through Constructivist Theory and social-emotional growth.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; CDA preferred or willing to obtain a CDA within a calendar year
  • Experience with young children preferred
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Commitment to equity, inclusion, and confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with curriculum delivery, classroom setup, and daily routines
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating learning environment
  • Support child assessments and family communication
