Job description

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with business leaders to understand learning priorities that will support commercial priorities and workforce capability needs.  
  • Ensure effective local execution of global frameworks and initiatives, ensuring local adoption to meet regulatory/employment law/cultural requirements.  Validate regional nuances whilst maintaining global standards.   
  • Where relevant, leads development of local specific learning initiatives in collaboration with global learning team in line with principle of 80% global and 20% local.  Provides feedback loop into Head of Learning for Region and global team. 
  • Input into the global design of learning for leaders, line managers and sales consultants ensuring there is an effective feedback loop from the local markets and Region into the Global experiences team.  Delivery of this content to respective markets in the region. 
  • Deliver engaging and tailored learning experiences / interventions and programs that cater to various learning styles and technical requirements. 
  • Accountable for delivery of learning related to global mandatory training as well as regional specific compliance e.g. taxation & regulatory compliance learning. 
  • Collaborate with the Learning Co-ordinators on the logistics of learning sessions, including scheduling, resource allocation, planning and preparation, and participant communication, to ensure seamless end to end learning execution. 
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and implement improvements as necessary to enhance learning outcomes. 
  • Utilize various learning technologies and platforms, such as e-learning modules, webinars, and virtual classrooms, to enhance the accessibility and interactivity of learning delivery and adoption by colleagues. 
  • Support the development and curation of engaging digital learning assets, materials and resources, such as manuals, guides, and multimedia content, to support and enrich employee learning experiences. 
  • Provide personalized guidance and support to learners, addressing their unique needs and challenges to maximize their engagement, adoption, and success in learning initiatives. 
  • Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of learning initiatives to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future learning strategies. 
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the business by championing best practices and encouraging knowledge sharing and curiosity. 

Skills and Experience:  

  • Proven experience in training & learning delivery, instructional design, or a similar role. 
  • Strong understanding and operational knowledge of the core functions within the local markets 
  • Strong understanding of the sales consultant role, environment and ways of working 
  • Strong facilitation, collaboration and team working skills. 
  • Experience with learning management systems and digital learning tools. 
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills. 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Fluent in English plus another European /Regional language – where required.
