We are looking for an Immunology Learning Lead who is strategic, collaborative, and future-focused to join us in our Talent Acquisition & Learning team. This is a hybrid position based in our Atlanta, GA Offices.

About the Role

As the Immunology Learning Lead, you will own the endtoend US learning strategy for our immunology portfolio across launch and lifecycle phases. You will translate global asset strategies into USrelevant, capabilitybased learning roadmaps, anticipating evolving business needs and enabling launch readiness, execution excellence, and sustained performance.

You will bring a strong bias for action, proactively identifying capability gaps and translating them into impactful learning solutions-often before business partners formally articulate the need. In this role, you will lead a team of learning professionals and serve as a key integrator across Medical, Commercial, Access, and global learning partners.

Who You'll Work With

You will work closely with US Medical, Commercial, Access, and Patient Evidence & Impact learning teams, as well as global asset learning partners. You will regularly engage with senior US brand, medical, and learning leaders, influencing outcomes in a highly matrixed environment-often without direct authority. Together, you will drive innovative, compliant, and businesscritical learning solutions across the US learning ecosystem.

What You'll Do

  • Own and evolve the US immunology asset learning strategy across prelaunch, launch, and postlaunch phases
  • Translate global asset strategies into USspecific, capabilitybased learning roadmaps
  • Lead the development and deployment of US immunology launch curricula
  • Adapt and localize global learning content to meet US field and business needs
  • Proactively anticipate learning and performance needs aligned to brand and portfolio strategy
  • Partner across Medical, Commercial, Access, and global learning teams to ensure aligned, compliant execution
  • Influence senior stakeholders and enable decisionmaking across complex, matrixed teams
  • Lead, coach, and develop a highperforming team of immunology learning professionals

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-10 years of experience in learning, training, or capability development within pharma or life sciences
  • Demonstrated experience designing and executing learning strategies supporting US product launches
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing and developing learning teams
  • Strong crossfunctional leadership skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Proven experience engaging and aligning with senior business and functional stakeholders
  • Deep expertise in adult learning principles and behaviorchange methodologies

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience supporting immunology or specialty care portfolios
  • Exposure to prelaunch, launch, and postlaunch learning phases
  • Experience working in agile or squadbased learning delivery models
  • Experience piloting innovative or digitally enabled learning approaches
  • Proven collaboration with Medical Affairs and scientific subject matter experts
