About the Role

The Digital Content Designer with a Brand & Digital Campaigns Focus is a highly crafted visual designer responsible for creating elevated brand systems, digital campaign assets, social design languages, paid media creative, and visual storytelling systems across multiple Fabric Care brands.

You will help translate brand strategy into visually distinctive digital worlds, creating campaign systems, modular design templates, social graphics, digital advertising, motion-ready assets, and visual guidelines that help brands show up with more clarity, consistency, and creative excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop elevated visual systems for digital campaigns, social content, paid media, and brand activations. 
  • Improving the quality, consistency, and sophistication of social, paid, and campaign creative. 
  • Create premium typography, layouts, graphics, campaign identities, and modular design systems. 
  • Translate brand strategy, consumer insights, and campaign ideas into distinctive visual storytelling. 
  • Maintain visual consistency across digital touchpoints while adapting creative for different platforms and formats. 
  • Elevate the aesthetic quality of paid and organic content through strong design craft, hierarchy, color, and composition. 
  • Design social graphics, carousel systems, story assets, thumbnails, display ads, paid media units, and digital-first templates. 
  • Design product page and brand stores for Amazon, Walmart, and Target
  • Adapt brand campaigns for Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, YouTube, Amazon, and digital commerce. 
  • Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, media teams, editors, and brand partners to develop campaign concepts and deliver polished creative from concept through execution.

Job Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Graphic Design or a similar field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Digital Graphic Designer, with expertise in online e-commerce platforms and social platform requirements
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating mastery in digital graphic design and brand expression. Your portfolio will be assessed on creative excellence, storytelling, problem-solving, and technical mastery.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to problem solve and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
  • Adaptability and comfort in a dynamic environment, with a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Strong time and project management skills, with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Figma, and video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Platform Expertise TikTok,Instagram Reels, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, Amazon Ads
