Content Manager, Professional Services

Shape the future of knowledge management for our global Professional Services team. You will be the crucial owner of the content governance framework, ensuring all internal documentation is the single, trusted source of truth. This role is key to driving operational excellence, improving employee enablement, and significantly reducing time spent searching for information. Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Content Governance & Document Control: Develop and implement a robust content governance framework and document control processes, including versioning and approval workflows.

  • Create and execute a recurring audit schedule to systematically ensure the accuracy, relevance, and completeness of all service documentation.

  • Drive consistency across the organization by providing documentation standards for format, tone, and detail to functional teams.

  • Content Management & Accessibility: Manage the content management system to ensure all materials are properly organized, securely accessible, and highly searchable for all employees.

  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with professional services, content owners, and subject matter experts to validate accuracy of technical and customer facing resources.

  • Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure training materials reflect current processes and standards.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in content management, document control, knowledge management, or enablement.

  • Proven strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent priorities.

  • Expertise in using and maintaining content/document management systems and version control tools.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for partnering across technical and non-technical global teams.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience supporting global Professional Services, Sales, or Customer Success teams.

  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and learning management systems (LMS), such as Docebo.

  • Familiarity with quality or compliance frameworks like ISO or ITIL related to documentation.
