We are looking for an experienced and customer-focusedย Dynamics 365 Business Central Solution Architectย to join our Data & Dynamics team.
Utilizing your deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central, financial management, solution architecture, and business transformation, you will work directly with executive stakeholders, finance leaders, and operational teams to design and implement innovative ERP solutions that deliver measurable business value.ย The ideal candidate combines strong accounting and finance knowledge with broad ERP architecture expertise covering finance, supply chain, inventory, manufacturing, projects, integrations, and reporting.ย You will serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Controllers, business leaders, sales teams, and project teams throughout the entire solution lifecycle.

  • Lead solution envisioning, architecture design, and discovery workshops
  • Design end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions aligned to business requirements and industry best practices
  • Lead financial transformation discussions around:

    • Intercompany Accounting
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to CFOs, Controllers, Finance Directors, and executive stakeholders
  • Architect business solutions spanning:
    • Finance

    • Manufacturing
    • Service Management
    • Project Accounting
  • Design integration strategies leveraging Business Central, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, Microsoft Fabric, and third-party solutions

  • Support pre-sales activities including demos, workshops, estimates, architecture reviews, Statements of Work, and proposal development

  • Stay current on Business Central, Copilot, AI, Power Platform, and Microsoft Cloud technologies
What You Bring:
  • 7+ years of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central consulting experience
  • Strong accounting and finance background with deep understanding of financial operations and reporting
  • Experience leading finance-driven ERP transformation initiatives
  • Multiple full lifecycle Business Central implementations
  • Extensive experience implementing:
