Client Development Internship

Our internship and co-op program provides hands-on exposure to client development, business strategy, and the relationship-driven work that supports Terracon's geotechnical, environmental, materials, and facilities services. You'll work alongside professionals who live our Core Values: Caring, Courage, Curiosity, Excellence, Integrity, and Prosperity every day while learning how we build and sustain strong client partnerships.

Eligible Majors

Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Construction Management, Engineering, or other related technical or business fields.

What You'll Do

Partner with Client Development Managers and technical teams to support business development initiatives

Assist with client research, market analysis, and identifying growth opportunities in key sectors

Support development of  presentations, and pursuit strategy efforts

Participate in client meetings, events, and networking opportunities to observe relationship-building in action

Help track client interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activity in CRM tools

Receive mentorship focused on professional communication, networking, and strategy

Engage with a nationwide internship cohort and share insights with leadership
