The Role
We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to strengthen how we develop our people across EnerMech. This is a hands-on role focused on building and embedding practical programmes across performance management, graduate development, leadership and career progression.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and embed our performance management framework and annual cycle.
  • Establish effective objective setting, performance reviews and development planning.
  • Provide managers with practical performance and development tools.
  • Design and implement graduate and early-career programmes.
  • Establish graduate rotations, mentoring and development plans.
  • Partner with Recruitment and Workforce Planning on future graduate requirements.
  • Develop management and leadership development programmes.
  • Support managers with coaching, feedback and people management.
  • Support talent reviews, succession planning and high-potential development.
  • Develop career pathways and internal mobility initiatives.
  • Introduce mentoring and coaching programmes.
  • Establish L&D measures and reporting.
  • Manage external development providers where required.
  • Continuously improve programmes based on business needs and feedback.

Experience & Skills
  • Strong L&D, Talent Development or related HR experience.
  • Experience implementing performance management processes.
  • Experience developing graduate and early-career programmes.
  • Experience delivering management and leadership development.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong project management and implementation capability.
  • Experience implementing L&D systems and technology.
