This role designs and delivers integrated learning solutions-including in-person and virtual programs, role-based curricula, cohorts, coaching solutions, organizational development support, and digital or AI-enabled reinforcement tools-in partnership with HRBPs, L&D peers, site and functional leaders, and enterprise L&D.
The Manager, Learning & Development ensures consistent application of leadership expectations across leader populations, reinforces core leader capabilities, and continuously improves programs based on data, feedback, and evolving business priorities.
This position offers flexibility to be based in Solon, OH (strongly preferred) or work remotely from within the United States with up to 50% travel .
Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end leadership development by defining capability needs, shaping learning journeys, and integrating enterprise leadership capabilities across corporate, site, frontline, and operations leader populations.
  • Serve as a capability owner and subject-matter expert by designing scalable solutions, building deep expertise, and ensuring consistent integration across leader groups and development experiences.
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs, cohorts, onboarding experiences, intact team sessions, coaching solutions, train-the-trainer models, and targeted organizational development interventions that drive behavior change and practical application.
  • Translate enterprise leadership capabilities into role-relevant tools, routines, resources, and digital workflows that improve coaching, alignment, decision-making, engagement, and team performance.
  • Lead and/or support key leadership platforms, programs, and strategies, including onboarding, Everyday Coaching, leadership assessments and feedback, coaching platforms, digital fluency capability building, and AI-enabled reinforcement solutions.
  • Partner with HR, site and functional leaders, senior leaders, Corporate L&D, TPM, Digital teams, and business stakeholders to diagnose development needs and align solutions to business priorities.

The approximate pay range for this position is $120,000 to 140,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
