Job Description We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join a leading global investment firm in New York City. This role will be responsible for designing, facilitating, and managing impactful learning programs that support employee development across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in learning and development, exceptional program management skills, and a passion for creating engaging employee experiences in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
