Job description

Installation & Repair Manager (HVAC, Plumbing, & Electrical)
Climate Experts - Melbourne, FLLocally Owned & Growing Fast
Compensation: Base Salary + Performance Bonus Plan
Elite logistics and process leader needed to run our multi-trade execution engine.
Our company is growing fast, and we need an operations-minded driver to manage the execution side of the house. You will oversee all HVAC installers, repair technicians, and plumbing/electrical installation crews. This is a pure leadership, logistics, and margin-protection role. If you lose track of moving parts, struggle with scheduling shifts, or let field crews dictate how a job is done, do not apply.
THE ONBOARDING & PROBATION PLAN
Every manager entering our company goes through our structured probationary pipeline:
  • Initial Phase: Paid onboarding focused on learning our capacity planning, asset logistics, and quality control systems.
  • In-Role Probation: You enter the role full-time. This is your probation period to prove you can manage crews, hit job timelines, and protect margins.
  • Graduation: Upon successful graduation from probation, your pay increases to our standard manager base salary plus a performance bonus plan structured around installation gross profit margins and callback minimization.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
  • Operational Efficiency: Owning the installation and repair scoreboard. You track labor capacity, material margins, and job completion timelines daily.
  • Quality Enforcement: Ensuring every crew executes the company playbook perfectly. You actively manage and reduce callbacks through strict quality control protocols.
  • Crew Development: Managing the pipeline of apprentices, helpers, and installers - holding them accountable to timelines and cross-training them to scale the division.

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF:
  • You get overwhelmed managing multiple trades, diverse personalities, or high-volume daily schedules.
  • You are a passive supervisor who waits for a crisis to happen before stepping in to fix it.
  • You don't know how to track data or use digital platforms to monitor inventory, timelines, and margins.

Ready to Run the Execution Engine?
If you're the kind of leader who tracks every moving part, protects the margin, and refuses to let crews cut corners - we want to talk.
