Overview

Care Hospice is looking for a self-motivated Business Systems Administrator to to join our growing team. We offer the opportunity to take on new challenges and a culture of teamwork that sets us apart. 

As a Business Systems Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing and supporting our systems. You'll work closely with platform owners and users to ensure that our technology solutions are secure, scalable, and tailored to our business processes. Each interaction is an opportunity to document, improve, and drive our technology strategy forward.

Location: This position is based out of our Charlottesville Support Center Office, located in the Dairy Market. This role offers a hybrid schedule, balancing occasional on-site work with remote flexibility. Candidates must be within driving distance of the office for on-site days.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work with business stakeholders to define and document business processes, aligning technology choices with business needs.
  • Administer and Support: Manage system configurations and changes, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and efficient.
  • Enhance Efficiency: Identify opportunities to leverage automation and improve productivity.
  • Ensure Compliance: Enforce data governance policies and collaborate with Information Security to document controls for data processing, transport, and storage.
  • Manage Changes: Follow processes to manage technology changes, ensuring thorough evaluation, testing, and approval prior to implementation.
  • Support and Train: Ensure systems are supported by robust training, testing environments, and other resources to maximize user adoption and operational knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar degree (preferred).
  • Enterprise System Proficiency: Proficient in managing enterprise systems for accounting, payroll, human resources, or learning & development (e.g., ERP, HRIS, HCM, LMS).
  • System Administration Experience: Demonstrated work experience administering one or more of the following systems: SAP, Oracle ERP, Workday, NetSuite, Sage, ADP, UKG, iCIMS, Cornerstone, etc.
  • Experience: 3+ years administering back-office finance systems, with a strong understanding of enterprise application administration, data platforms, and technology infrastructure.
  • Data Governance: Experience with data governance frameworks and best practices.
  • Process-Oriented Mindset: Strong experience implementing IT processes and adhering to structured data environments.

$85,000 - $110,000 per year (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
