Job Summary: The Technology Program Consultant is an inside sales-focused professional responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with ScriptPro’s customer and prospect accounts within a defined market segment. This role partners closely with outside Sales Directors to manage and advance business-to-business sales opportunities while driving revenue growth. The position focuses on understanding customer needs, aligning solutions to pharmacy operations, and guiding accounts through the buying journey to deliver meaningful value. The consultant supports opportunity development, promotes customer engagement, and ensures successful follow-through post-implementation. Strong communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills are key to success in this role.

Reporting Relationship: Director, Inside Sales

Shift: General business hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm CST. This hybrid role requires a combination of weekly on-campus and remote work with specific days varying based on departmental policy and business need. Generally, all positions may be fully performed on-campus in Mission, KS. Regular, punctual, and predictable attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.

Scope of the Role:

  • Grow Revenue
    • Meet or exceed individual, team, and group quarterly and annual sales goals
    • Develop pre-contract plans and opportunity advancement for customer accounts for add-ons, upgrades, enhancements, and additional fee-based services
    • Support the development of pre-contract plans for customer accounts and prospect leads for new systems and platform systems in collaboration with the Outside Sales team
  • Advance the Buyers Journey
    • Create lasting value and impact for customers and prospects through effective inside sales activities
    • Promote and maintain relationships with ScriptPro’s customer accounts and prospect accounts
    • Learn each pharmacies business model, challenges, and potential solution options
    • Propose and demonstrate value-based solutions directed towards pharmacy needs and wants
    • Follow up with customers post-implementation to confirm impact and build advocacy
  • Scale Sales Productivity
    • Learn, apply, and grow knowledge regarding healthcare, pharmacy, and technology business concepts
    • Utilize and develop core sales skills to build relationships, drive opportunities, and execute contracts
    • Understand and apply financial modeling to develop a value-based business impact and positive return on investment
    • Coordinate and monitor the scheduling, performance, and completion of project implementations
    • Maintain up-to-date record management specific to all customer account related activities
    • Contribute positively and collaboratively within a dynamic Sales Team environment
  • Limited domestic travel may be required when essential to sales related activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred
  • 1+ years of sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences and stakeholders
