Responsibilities:

  • Develop high energy, fun interactive workshops and summer camp curriculum to create creative experiential learning.
  • Create instructional materials for facilitators and coaches. Materials include classes, student guides, training manuals, teaching guides, and videos.
  • Research and identify learning activities and technologies that can be incorporated in training programs.
  • Collaborate closely with the curriculum development team and the training delivery team.
  • Assist with needs analysis by collecting and organizing feedback on existing training programs and materials.

  • Education Requirement:
  • Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • If pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Curriculum Development, Education, Organizational Development or Business is required), you must be a Junior or Senior.
  • Knowledge of Instructional Design Principles (Adult learning and K-12) and familiarity with established instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy) are required.

Additional Information

  • Time Commitment: 8-10 hours a week for a minimum of 3 months
  • Must attend mandatory weekly and monthly meetings (virtually)
