What will you do: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of global leadership programs, including design, implementation, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement.Lead flagship leadership initiatives, including LEAP and other Tier 2 and Tier 3 leadership programs, ensuring consistent and impactful participant experiences.Translate leadership strategies and capability priorities into scalable, business-relevant learning journeys and development experiences.Partner with internal stakeholders and external learning providers to enhance program content, tools, and experiences, making effective build-versus-buy decisions.Drive program execution excellence through project planning, budget management, timeline oversight, risk mitigation, and delivery across virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats.Develop practical leadership tools, resources, and enablement solutions that support leaders in the flow of work and day-to-day decision-making.Establish and track success metrics, leveraging data and insights to improve program effectiveness and demonstrate leadership capability impact across the organization. What you will bring: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Experience managing global or regional leadership development, talent development, learning, or organizational capability programs.Proven success designing, implementing, and managing leadership development initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.Strong program and project management experience, including budget ownership and stakeholder management.Experience collaborating with external vendors, consultants, and leadership development providers.
