Job description

Job Summary:

The LDP Associate will support the LDP management team with the coordination and execution of established program activities for the six LDP functions: Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, EHS and HR. This role will provide administrative, operational, scheduling, reporting, and event support to help ensure consistent execution of LDP processes and participant programming. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to follow established procedures while working closely with team members, program participants, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist LDP Program Managers with routine coordination and administrative support for functional LDP programming and related initiatives
  • Provide administrative and operational support for the LDP, including recruiting support, MyTime entries, data entry, performance calibration coordination, and curriculum execution
  • Support the planning and execution of LDP in-person events, including orientation, functional trainings, final year class meetings, and alumni events, including:
  • Assist with agenda and content preparation
  • Maintain event printing schedules and prepare resume books, training materials, and other event resources as needed
  • Provide on-site logistical and administrative support for designated events
  • Support program communications and participant outreach using established templates and tools; help prepare and distribute pre and post-event surveys, compile results, and assist with basic data summaries
  • Support the LDP Mentor Program by maintaining program information, assisting with technology updates, tracking mentor and mentee participation, and coordinating communications as directed
  • Assist with routine program finance administration, including but not limited to:
  • Preparing monthly salary chargeback reports for review
  • Tracking discrepancies and supporting follow-up with guidance from the LDP management team
  • Assisting with Monthly Earnings Weighted Wages (EWW) processing
  • Preparing journal entry reclass information for review as needed
  • Support onboarding for new LDP hires by coordinating with Corporate HR Generalists and helping track completion of pre-employment contingencies in accordance with established processes and organization policies
  • Maintain LDP program documents, trackers, reports, SharePoint content, and recurring resources to support consistent program execution
  • Assist with documenting current processes and identifying opportunities to improve clarity, organization, or efficiency for review by the LDP management team
  • Use approved AI tools and technology to support recurring administrative deliverables, with appropriate review and guidance
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for LDP-related meetings
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field required
  • Prior internship, co-op, campus leadership, or related experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Recruiting, Program Coordination, or a related field preferred
  • Experience with HR systems, applicant tracking systems, reporting tools, or Microsoft-based applications is a plus
  • Must be able to travel 3 to 4 times each year
