AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) is hiring! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to lead and develop the team in a dynamic production environment.

Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a team providing clear direction, guidance, and support to ensure high performance and engagement.

Positive Workspace Cultivation: Foster and sustain a positive, collaborative work environment that motivates team members and promotes open communication and innovation.

Performance Management: Lead regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional growth, ensuring team members meet and exceed expectations.

Continuous Improvement Leadership: Champion and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize production processes.

Operational Excellence: Own key performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost, consistently monitoring and striving for improvement across the team.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to guide decision-making, process enhancements, and strategic planning.

Machining Expertise: Leverage machining experience to evaluate raw materials, troubleshoot machinery and processes, and drive continuous improvements in production outcomes.

Workplace Efficiency: Create and provide guidance on existing standard operating procedures to ensure safety and quality through operations.

Compensation: $40,000-60,000 annually
