Training and Leadership Consulting in Houston, TX is looking for a passionate Wellness professional to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage wellness programs and initiatives for clients and staff
  • Conduct wellness assessments and develop personalized health improvement plans
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions focused on health and well-being
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to integrate wellness strategies into organizational culture
  • Track, analyze, and report on wellness program outcomes and participant progress
  • Provide coaching and guidance to individuals on stress management, nutrition, fitness, and mental health
  • Stay current on wellness trends, best practices, and industry research
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Wellness, Kinesiology, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in corporate wellness, health coaching, or a related wellness role
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CHWC, ACE, WELCOA) are a plus
