ADP is hiring a Senior AI Ops Engineer.


Join ADP's Spark team and help build and scale the AI infrastructure that powers our next generation of products. In this role, you will work across engineering, product, data science, and platform teams to develop reliable, secure, and cost-effective AI platforms, tools, and deployment pipelines.

What You'll Do

-Design, build, and maintain AI infrastructure and platform services in AWS.
-Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, observability, and monitoring for AI and ML systems.
-Support AI governance, evaluation, scalability, and operational excellence.
-Apply FinOps practices to optimize AI infrastructure and model-related costs.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve developer experience and platform capabilities.
-Contribute to technical best practices and support knowledge sharing across the team.

What You'll Bring

-Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, -Mathematics, or a related field.
-Experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering, or a related area.
-Strong knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, ECS/EKS, SageMaker, Bedrock, and CloudWatch.
-Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Infrastructure as Code, and platform operations.
-Familiarity with MLOps/AIOps practices, model deployment, observability, and LLM evaluation frameworks.
-Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

-Experience with Python and/or TypeScript.
-Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
-Experience building developer platforms, internal developer portals, or AI development tooling.
-Advanced degree in a related field.
