    Job Summary: The Lead Yard Associate is responsible for supervising loaders, pullers, and drivers while supporting daily yard operations. This role includes training employees on proper product loading, unloading, delivery, and storage procedures, as well as reinforcing customer service expectations and safe work practices. The Lead Yard Associate ensures operational efficiency, accuracy, and safety while maintaining a productive and team-oriented work environment.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Organization
    • Maintain an orderly and organized yard.
    • Ensure security and control of materials entering and leaving the yard.
    • Maintain knowledge of products stored in the yard.
    Safety
    • Follow and enforce all safety procedures.
    • Inspect equipment, loads, and material handling practices to ensure a safe work environment.
    Customer Interaction
    • Maintain product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
    • Resolve customer concerns, including complaints and warranty issues.
    Employee Supervision
    • Provide daily work direction and assign tasks effectively.
