Job description

Role Overview: This is a high-impact systems leadership role accountable for end-to-end system integration across mechanical, electrical, autonomy, mission systems, and vendor components, ensuring all subsystems form a cohesive, functional product family. You are accountable for making the entire system work end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and maintain full system architecture across platforms.
Define and enforce interfaces across subsystems and vendors.
Develop and manage Interface Control Documents (ICDs), requirements traceability, and verification logic.
Lead architecture trade studies and platform commonality decisions.
Identify and mitigate system-level risks early.
Drive design reviews (PDR/CDR), integration reviews, and test readiness reviews.
Resolve cross-discipline integration conflicts.
Maintain configuration control and system consistency.
Lead architecture decisions for autonomy integration, mission systems, and Ground Control Systems (GCS).
Chair technical discussions with vendors and internal teams.
Required Qualifications:
Degree in Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field.
7+ years of experience in systems engineering, integration, and complex product delivery.
Strong experience with multi-disciplinary integration and ICD development/management.
Experience with requirements tools (DOORS, DOORS NG, JAMA, etc.).
Experience participating in PDR/CDR or equivalent reviews.
Ability to work across mechanical, electrical, software, and test domains.
