  • Partner closely with Regional Managers and cross-functional teams to communicate project updates, resource needs, and operational priorities.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators, including schedule adherence, budget performance, quality standards, safety metrics, and overall operational efficiency.

This role reports to the Regional Manager and requires frequent regional travel with occasional nationwide travel based on business needs.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in field operations, construction, utilities, infrastructure, surveying, or related industries, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or multi-site leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multiple field teams or supervisors across concurrent projects in construction, utilities, engineering, or infrastructure environments.
  • Proven ability to manage project schedules, field operations, subcontractors, trade coordination, logistics, and on-site budgets while delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of construction and field safety practices, with OSHA 30 certification required (or the ability to obtain it within a specified timeframe).
  • Experience developing work plans, allocating resources, and balancing priorities across multiple active job sites.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and hold Field Leads accountable for safety, quality, productivity, and performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced field environments.
  • Technologically proficient and comfortable learning and troubleshooting field technology, mobile applications, and operational software on-site.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned region on a weekly basis, including frequent overnight travel and occasional nationwide travel.
