Growing national food manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Lead/Supervisor to join their team in the Jupiter, FL area.Summary: Under the direction of the Plant Manager the Maintenance Lead/Supervisorensures all machines/tools are maintained and running smoothly.Essential Job Duties include, but are not limited to:Repairs machines and equipment for production and facility;Ensures that all factory machinery is properly maintained and running at peak efficiency, diminishing downtime;Provides training for production staff on all newly installed or modified machines;Controls waste management and waste water treatment systems;Assists with facilities maintenance, as needed;Provides log documentation for all AFI HACCP and food security programs. Qualifications:Knowledge of and ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and basic electrical systemsAbility to read and use system and hydraulic schematics, logic diagrams, and other related technical documentation to assist in diagnosis and repairsAbility to read and understand machine manual and SOPsMust be able to push/pull, lift/carry, and/or move up to 40lbs.Programmable Logic Controller, AC/DC motors and controls knowledge preferableWorking knowledge of MS Office software applicationPrior maintenance experience in a food manufacturing facility is required.If you are interested please email your full resume torob foodemployment.com
