Overview
We are seeking a Strategist, Commerce Media to support a full roster of eCommerce clients for a fast-paced, leading performance marketing agency. This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you will own hands-on campaign management, lead strategic recommendations, and partner closely with senior team members across a dynamic book of business.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize Retail Media Search campaigns across Walmart, Target, Kroger, and Instacart to meet and exceed client goals
- Proactively develop omnichannel commerce media strategies tailored to each client's unique objectives
- Own performance tracking, reporting, and data analysis translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Lead client calls and communicate strategy with confidence across all levels of stakeholder
- Partner with junior team members on reporting, optimizations, and client deliverables
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of relevant commerce media platforms and proactively educate clients on updates
- Manage multiple client priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Qualifications
- 5โ7 years of experience in Retail Media or Commerce Media agency experience preferred
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Walmart, Target, Kroger, required
- Skai or Pacvue experience
- Experience managing campaign budgets of $100K /month
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and drive decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven client-facing experience
