About
We're looking for a Lead Product Designer for Stream, a new conversational interface. This role touches every aspect of our end-user experience-including UI/UX, multimodal interactions, agentic control, information representation, personality, and more. You'll work closely with software engineers, machine learning engineers, and founders to lead the design of a new computer.
This role is perfect for someone with wide vision and minute attention to detail, who is humanistic and technical, who is experienced and yet continually ready to start over.
Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end product design spanning visual, AI, and interaction design
  • Ideate, prototype, and evaluate novel software features
  • Work closely with engineers and product to scope and implement new experiences

Qualifications
  • Experience developing design systems spanning multiple platforms
  • Experience shipping iOS-based apps is required
  • Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for large language models
  • Experience with novel form factors, inputs, audio, or vision are a plus
  • Experience in non-software design disciplines such as architecture or industrial design is a plus
  • Portfolio of prior work is required
