The Strategy and Management Program is our two-year development program. This provides an exclusive preview of the elite, two-year development training program (recently recognized in 2023 with a Brandon Hall Group Gold Award for most innovative or unique talent acquisition program), which prepares teammates to become future corporate leaders at Bank of America by providing you with direct experience in Digital Technologies, FinTech, Strategy, Innovation, and Management.
