Lead Mobile Software Engineer

We're seeking a Lead Mobile Software Engineer with expertise in both iOS and Android development to collaborate with technical leads and stakeholders in delivering robust mobile solutions for Mindgrub's clients. As a Lead Mobile Software Engineer, you will work alongside other project leads to define requirements, design solutions, and implement high-quality mobile applications, reporting to an Engineering Manager or Director.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and solve complex problems.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and deliver greater value to Mindgrub and its clients.
  • Actively participate in all aspects of engineering projects, from planning to execution.
  • Continuously learn and improve technical skills.
  • Maintain awareness of project budgets and timelines.
  • Take ownership of project deliverables, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Conduct peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to Mindgrub's standard processes throughout project lifecycles.
  • Interact with clients as needed to provide updates and technical insights.
  • Participate in the interview process for new candidates.
