Responsibilities
Inspire a team of talented iOS and Android engineers to foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback to help the team members grow and learn.
Collaborate with product management, design, and other stakeholders to define and deliver impactful mobile experiences.
Keep a day-one mindset, challenge the existing and keep an open mindset in the team
Stay engrossed in the product, tech and architecture details to create a feasible development plan (in high quality)
Lead operational excellence to deliver highly available, mobile experiences with utmost attention to quality, security, and performance metrics
Manage risks and dependencies effectively, remove roadblocks, handle pivots and scope changes
Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in mobile development.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a passion for mobile development
  • 4+ years of experience as an established technical leader with a proven track record of delivering high quality, customer-driven mobile experiences.
  • Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering and inspiring people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams.
  • Adept at articulating the product vision and drive the future roadmap with strong business acumen
  • Experience with Agile development and methodologies and SaaS technologies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Preferred - experience working with global teams.
  • Expertise in the Software design/architecture process
  • Strong understanding of iOS and Android development platforms and ecosystems.
