MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Lead Commercial Logistics Planner to join our team in Oahu, HI .
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Serves as the final technical authority and principal logistics subject matter expert for planning, coordinating, and synchronizing commercial logistics and sustainment operations across the task order lifecycle.
  • Provides strategic leadership, guidance, and expert mentoring to subordinate planning personnel while collaborating directly with knowledge managers, business integration suite analysts, and program managers to drive data-driven executive decision-making and optimize regional resource allocation grids.
  • Authorize enterprise-level logistics frameworks supporting supply chain operations, transport networks, distribution channels, and maintenance programs while validating absolute alignment with DoD policies, joint logistics doctrine, and theater-specific legal mandates.
  • Directs the strategic integration of commercial logistics capabilities, managed attribution approaches, and resilient sustainment models across distributed and contested D-DIL (Disconnected, Intermittent, and Low-bandwidth) environments within the USINDOPACOM AOR.
  • Authorize high-level courses of action (COAs) for steady-state and contingency profiles, validate master logistics common operational picture (LOGCOP) and universal logistics tracking metrics (ULM) data architectures, and approve multi-organizational theater movement control strategies between commercial providers, joint commands, and special operations forces.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in a relevant discipline or a related field.
  • 12+ years of position-relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MA/MS in a relevant discipline or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience.

Clearance Required:
  • Must hold an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:
  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $134,700.00-$239,600.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, MANTECH invests in its employees beyond just compensation.
