About The Role:
We are looking for a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring of caregivers for our growing home health team. This recruiter role is key to ensuring we have reliable, compassionate caregivers ready to meet patient needs.

What You'll Do:
  • Recruit and hire caregivers (HHAs, PCAs, etc.) in a high-volume environment
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of ready-to-work caregivers
  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and community outreach
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews
  • Make offers and support onboarding
  • Partner with managers to meet urgent staffing needs
  • Track candidates and activity in ATS

What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience (caregiver/home health preferred)
  • Bilingual Spanish is preferred
  • Experience with high-volume hiring
  • Strong sourcing and outreach skills
  • Comfortable making high-volume calls and outreach
  • Excellent communication and organization
