About Us

We are an established organization with more than 40 years of experience helping public agencies and facility leaders solve critical operational challenges through innovative products, education, and customer-focused solutions.

Our success has been built on exceptional customer service, long-term relationships, practical expertise, and a commitment to helping our customers make informed decisions.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Manager of Marketing & Growth who will play a key leadership role in helping drive the future growth of our organization.

About the Role

This is not a typical marketing position.

We are seeking an experienced Manager of Marketing & Growth to lead strategy, branding, content production, lead generation, CRM systems, and marketing operations across multiple brands and business divisions.

A key responsibility of this role is overseeing the creation, production, publication, and distribution of a high volume of marketing deliverables across multiple brands and business units.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can build systems, manage people, and execute initiatives that drive measurable business growth.

The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership to understand our customers, solutions, and market, then translate that knowledge into strategies, campaigns, and content that drive measurable growth.

Success in this role requires more than marketing expertise. It requires a genuine commitment to learning our business, understanding our customers, and becoming an integral part of our team.

While some responsibilities may be performed remotely, this role requires regular in-person collaboration with leadership, participation in meetings, content production activities, industry events, and occasional visits to project locations. Candidates should be based within a reasonable commuting distance of Rancho Cucamonga and able to be present when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing and growth strategies that support business objectives
  • Lead branding, positioning, lead generation, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Own and optimize HubSpot, CRM systems, marketing automation, and campaign performance
  • Direct content strategy, production, publication, and distribution across multiple brands and business units
  • Manage digital marketing channels, including email, LinkedIn, YouTube, and social media
  • Leverage AI tools and analytics to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI
  • Manage freelancers, agencies, and marketing vendors
  • Partner with leadership to drive measurable business growth

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive marketing experience
  • 5+ years of marketing leadership experience
  • Proven track record of driving measurable business growth through marketing
  • Experience managing content production and multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • HubSpot and marketing automation experience
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and analytics
  • Practical experience using AI tools to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Experience managing external vendors, agencies, and contractors
  • Strong understanding of StoryBrand principles and customer-centric messaging
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing to public agencies, educational institutions, facilities directors, procurement professionals, or similar audiences
  • Experience developing public-sector brand campaigns
  • Experience marketing technical products, services, or solutions
  • Experience creating educational content for facilities, operations, construction, or procurement audiences
  • Experience with YouTube and LinkedIn ads

How Success Will Be Measured

  • Qualified lead generation
  • Pipeline growth
  • Content production output
  • CRM utilization and effectiveness
  • Brand awareness and engagement
  • Marketing ROI
  • Overall contribution to company growth

Why This Role Matters

You'll work directly with company leadership, help shape marketing strategy, build systems that drive growth, and play a meaningful role in the future success of the organization.
