Job description

Are you an experienced business immigration paralegal with employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant matters experience interested in a full-time, permanent job opportunity? If so, we want to hear from you asap. We anticipate that our clients will be having needs for this skillset and we want to be proactive. Our clients include sophisticated law firms as well as large corporations.
Even though one's salary will be based on each candidates credentials and experience, we anticipate salaries to range from $65,000 to the low $90,000 range.
You will be responsible for preparing and processing applications for O-1 visas; analyzing and preparing PERM applications; assisting with preparing E, H, L, and O. Strong customer service skills and a collaborative mindset will be necessary for you to be a good fit in this role. You will be assembling complex documentation, conducting legal research, and preparing various legal documents for submission to various agencies, so high attention to detail is ideal. Requirements:
  1. 3+ years of business immigration paralegal experience, must include work with employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant matters.
  2. ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate or a BA.
  3. Must have experience with Immigration INS Zoom, Tracker, or LawLogix.
  4. Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines and adapt to change and to workload fluctuations in a fast paced environment.
  5. Strong substantive understanding of legal requirements and supporting documentation for business immigration filings.
