Job description

THE COMPANY:
Wilner & O'Reilly, APLC, is an internationally recognized U.S. immigration law firm with offices in:

We have an exclusive focus on immigration, giving you an exciting and challenging environment with people who are passionate about practicing immigration law. Our team of case managers works closely with attorneys on all aspects of case preparation for immigration matters.
THE POSITION:
We currently have an immediate full-time opening for an experienced case manager/paralegal at our Fresno office. As our caseload grows, we are looking for a motivated, professional, and responsible individual who is dedicated to meeting our clients' needs. At Wilner & O'Reilly, you'll work alongside a dedicated team, gaining opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge.
LOCATION:
The ideal candidate will be working full-time from our Fresno office, Monday - Friday. One day work from home will be permitted after a successful probationary period.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Fluency in Spanish is required
  • At least one year of experience in immigration law, specifically in Removal Defense

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage a caseload of immigration cases under the supervision of an attorney
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case progress and procedures
  • Review case documents and prepare immigration applications for filing
  • Work efficiently under deadlines, handle confidential information with professionalism, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
  • Possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision
