About the Role

Senior Business Immigration Analyst position with direct impact, training, development, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop knowledge of the firm, various immigration case types, and client processes.
  • Prepare and file immigration petitions with government agencies, including document gathering, review, drafting, and filing.
  • Communicate with foreign nationals and client contacts to provide timely case status updates.
  • Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) deadlines and report case progress, escalations to supervisor.
  • Compile and summarize data within case management systems for reporting to clients, managers, and team.
  • Contribute to team and individual productivity goals, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
  • Follow documented firm standards and policies to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory, operational, and client compliance (e.g., data privacy protocols, Connect usage).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, Paralegal certification, or experience in a customer‑facing or client service‑oriented role.
  • At least two years of business immigration experience (e.g., paralegal).
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and raise case issues to supervisor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proofread documents, draft fluent prose, and avoid grammatical mistakes without AI.
