The Role
Your role will be to boost the growth of TTS in the Latam corridor. You will work to continue launching TTS within various Latam communities in Brazil, Mexico, Central America and Andean Region, and build a comprehensive growth (customer acquisition and retention) strategy for the corridor. You will conduct customer research; execute partnerships and events; set up offline and online advertising/brand awareness campaigns; source and coordinate community ambassadors, champions and influencers; measure operational efficiency and financials for the corridor; manage CRM tools; resolve low-level customer complaints, provide CS and Product & Ops teams input into strategies to improve product quality, as well as customer experience.
Reporting to our Regional Manager, Latam, you'll combine great sales and marketing prowess with a data-driven test-and-learn mindset. You'll be a creative thinker who is always looking for ways to hack growth

Responsibilities
  • Build trust-based relationships with diaspora communities through in-person and online communications
  • Conduct customer research with transfer senders on a regular basis
  • Initiate, negotiate and build partnerships with community associations and organizations
  • Set up offline and online advertising campaigns
  • Source and lead community ambassadors, champions and influencers
  • Manage agencies for Paid, Creatives, and Events
  • Manage customers' CRM
  • Optimize Operations with help from Product, Ops, Eng and Support teams
  • Deepdive into customer pain points and work with the different teams as well as the Country Manager to solve them
  • Travel to connect with and better understand the Latam diaspora and grow our customer base
  • Dedicate part of your time to call customers and respond to messages/comments across our our owned media channels
  • Work with the Country Manager to outline the growth plan for the market, including the growth strategy, monthly budget, targets, CAC, and CRM campaigns
Requirements
  • Based in Brazil, NYC or Colombia
  • 4-5 years of experience in high growth-environment such as startups, marketing, fintechs
  • Exceptional knowledge and networks among the Latam diaspora.
  • Strong business development/sales/marketing/analytical background
  • Experience with organic and inorganic marketing activities
  • Having contacts with Latamn influencers and celebrities in the region is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for working with and for migrant communities
  • Resourceful and has the ability to get things done. Also doing "more" with "less"
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
