This is a remote position. Only LATAM-based candidates (bilingual in Spanish and English) Join our vibrant team and help us streamline success! We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with a high level of English proficiency (C1) for a full-time remote position. This role requires a 40-hour work week. Working hours: Official working hours are typically between Monday and Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Miami, FL schedule. However, this may vary depending on the client's needs. (only 40 hours per week, 5 days a week) Responsibilities Accurately input data into our system to keep our operations smooth. Engage in effective communication with your team to ensure all are on the same page. Provide top-tier customer service to both internal and external clients. Assist in managing logistics to keep our workflow efficient. Requirements Proven experience in data entry or a similar role with a focus on accuracy and speed. Excellent typing skills and familiarity with data entry software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the team. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
