Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Laser Operator / Manufacturing Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting laser cutting equipment to support high-quality production in a fast-paced machine shop environment. The ideal candidate has strong machining knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate laser cutting machines for production runs
  • Interpret and execute laser programs with accuracy and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
  • Ensure parts meet quality standards and specifications
  • Operate hand, power, and pneumatic tools safely
