We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fiber Laser Operator to join our dynamic team. As a leading company in the steel fabrication industry, we take pride in delivering high-quality products to our clients. The Fiber Laser Operator will play a crucial role in operating sophisticated fiber laser cutting machinery to shape metal components with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate fiber laser cutting machines to cut metal parts according to specifications.
  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to determine precise cutting requirements.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal operation.
  • Monitor production output for quality control and make adjustments to maintain accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment adhering to company safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
  • Document work performed and maintained accurate records of production activities.

Requirements
  • Proven experience operating fiber laser cutting equipment or similar machinery.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and materials.
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
