Position Summary

Duggal Visual Solutions, a premier leader in the large-format graphics and visual solutions industry, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Large Format Printing & Logistics Associate to join our newest production facility in Coatesville, PA.

This role places primary emphasis on logistics, shipping, receiving, and material flow, while also supporting finishing and production preparation tasks within a Visual graphic solutions environment. The position plays a key role in ensuring materials, kits, and finished goods move efficiently through the facility and across Duggalโ€™s national operations.

The Coatesville facility will serve as a critical hub supporting multiple Duggal locations and divisions, and will help expand Duggalโ€™s growing footprint throughout Pennsylvania. This is a new and rapidly expanding team with strong opportunities for growth as operations scale.


Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Shipping (Primary Focus)

  • Manage shipping, receiving, and distribution of materials and finished goods
  • Prepare and process shipments via UPS, FedEx, and LTL carriers
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure on-time delivery
  • Track, label, and document shipments accurately
  • Coordinate with other Duggal facilities and departments to support inter-company transfers and production flow
  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and supplies
  • Support inventory tracking and material movement throughout the facility
  • Ensure efficient flow of jobs between production, finishing, and shipping


Finishing & Production Support (Secondary Focus)

  • Assist with finishing operations for large-format graphics and printed materials
  • Laminate, trim, mount, package, and prepare graphics for shipment
  • Assemble kits and organize project materials for production and installation
  • Box, label, and palletize finished goods
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas across logistics and production zones
  • Support production and logistics teams as needed to meet deadlines


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, warehouse, manufacturing, or related environments
  • Experience in large-format printing or graphics production preferred
  • Strong experience with UPS, FedEx, and LTL shipping processes required
  • Experience with finishing, packaging, or material handling preferred
  • Forklift experience required (OSHA certification preferred)
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams and facilities
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends based on production needs
