We are currently seeking a print production finisher to join our team at the Indianapolis, Indiana Print Facility. The finisher will be responsible for the day to day production and maintenance of the laminators. 

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING AND ASSISTING IN FINISHING LARGE FORMAT PRINT JOBS FINISHING INCLUDES, BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRAFFICKING PROJECTS THROUGH THE FINAL STAGES, TRIMMING, AND LAMINATING.

• OPERATES AND MAINTAINS LARGE FORMAT LAMINATORS
• PREPARING LARGE FORMAT SIGNS, BANNERS AND DISPLAY GRAPHICS PER CUSTOMER ORDERS
• ABILITY TO COMPLETE GRAPHICS WITHOUT SACRIFICING QUALITY OF WORK
• LAMINATES, MOUNTING AND TRIMMING TO EXACT SPECIFICATIONS
• WEEDING DECAL LETTERING AND PRE-MASKING
• CUTTING, HAND ASSEMBLY OF FINISHED PIECES, CUSTOM FABRICATION OF FINISHING PIECES
• MAINTAINS A CLEAN AND ORGANIZED PRODUCTION AREA
• MAINTAIN INVENTORY OF PARTS, PRODUCTS AND OTHER CONSUMABLES AS NEEDED
• COMPLETES ALL SPECIAL PROJECTS AS NEEDED
• MUST BE FLEXIBLE ENOUGH TO ADDRESS LAST MINUTE CHANGES AND WORK AS PART OF A TEAM
• GENERAL WAREHOUSE DUTIES AS NEEDED
• SOME WEEKEND AND OVERTIME IS NEEDED/SWING OR 2ND SHIFTS ARE AVAILABLE


QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
• HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT GED
• BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS AND BASIC MATH SKILLS
• APTITUDE FOR WORKING WITH MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT
• EXPERIENCE WITH LARGE FORMAT FINISHING EQUIPMENT/WILLING TO TRAIN
• EXTREMELY ORGANIZED AND ABLE TO ACT AND FOLLOW THROUGH ON PROJECTS INDEPENDENTLY, DETAIL ORIENTED
• MAY BE REQUIRED TO STAND FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME
• MUST BE ABLE TO USE A VARIETY OF HAND TOOLS
• MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 5O LBS OR GREATEER
