Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Print Production Specialist to join our creative team. In this role, you will oversee the entire print production process, ensuring that high-quality graphics and signage are produced efficiently and accurately. Your expertise in various printing techniques, color management, and design will help us maintain our reputation for excellence while supporting our clients’ visual branding needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain large-format digital printers (solvent, UV, and latex)
  • Prepare and process files using RIP software (Onyx Thrive or similar)
  • Select appropriate digital media for various print applications
  • Ensure accurate color matching and consistency across projects
  • Organize, manage, and archive print files efficiently
  • Monitor production workflow to meet deadlines
  • Troubleshoot print and file issues as they arise
  • Maintain a clean and organized production workspace
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
