Dynamic Concept Services is seeking a Large Animal Veterinary & Reproduction Technician to join our veterinary team based in Jasper, Florida.


If you're looking for a position where you won't do the same thing every day, this may be a great fit.

Our practice combines large-animal medicine, advanced reproductive services, laboratory work, and occasional small-animal care. One day may involve assisting a veterinarian with reproductive procedures on a livestock operation, another may be spent working with semen or embryos in the lab, and another may involve general veterinary cases at our Jasper facility.


The position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of species and develop skills that aren't commonly available in a traditional veterinary technician position.



What You'll Do

  • Assist veterinarians with large-animal examinations, treatments, procedures, and general medical care
  • Assist with reproductive procedures and reproductive technologies
  • Thaw, prepare, handle, and document semen
  • Prepare animals, medications, equipment, and supplies for veterinary procedures
  • Assist with animal restraint, sample collection, treatments, and patient care
  • Maintain accurate medical and reproductive records
  • Coordinate client scheduling, farm visits, and reproductive procedures
  • Communicate with clients regarding scheduling and procedure logistics
  • Assist with small-animal patients and procedures when needed
  • Maintain veterinary and laboratory equipment, supplies, and inventory
  • Travel to farms and ranches for veterinary and reproductive work
  • Participate in seasonal travel and work flexible hours during busy reproductive seasons
  • Learn and develop skills in embryology and advanced assisted reproductive technologies



What We're Looking For

We value hands-on experience as well as formal education and will consider relevant veterinary, livestock, reproductive, or laboratory experience in place of a college degree.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience working in a veterinary clinical setting
  • Experience working with livestock or other large-animal species
  • Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Biology, Agriculture, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Reproductive Physiology, Animal Science, or a related field is a plus
  • Experience with semen handling, artificial insemination, embryo transfer, IVF, or other reproductive technologies is a plus
  • Laboratory experience is a plus
  • Comfortable working with both large and small animals
  • Strong animal-handling skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional communication skills and comfort working directly with clients
  • Willingness to travel seasonally and work flexible hours during busy periods
  • A genuine interest in learning and developing new veterinary and reproductive skills

Previous embryology experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person in embryo handling, embryology, and advanced reproductive technologies.
