Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) from an accredited college or university.

5+ years of experience in software industry with at least 3 years in software technical support experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of C++ programming language and of databases/ SQL.

Expected Skillset:

Hands on programming experience and knowledge of C++, Java, and Oracle

Ability to work on multiple problems simultaneously

Strong problem solving and analytical skills demonstrated by the ability to assimilate new information, understand complex topics

Strong familiarity with Linux OS and performance optimizations. Knowledge of Linux internals and administration is highly desired

Robust understanding of database technologies and performance optimization

Excellent written and verbal communication

Experience with Scrum/ Agile development,

Self-starter who is motivated to learn and is at ease working as part of a team of highly talented professionals
