Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 20 years in retail business management, building my career around serving others and leading teams. I studied Business Management at Lane Community College and am married with four children. Outside of work, my family enjoys board games, bike rides, camping, and spending time outdoors.

As a Customer Service Representative with Cody Willis - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
  • Answer customer inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
