Job description

About the Role:
As a CBRE Landscape Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the condition and appearance of grounds, plants, and foliage for a designated property.
This job is part of the Landscaping function. They are responsible for the delivery of gardening and landscaping services to the organization or client.
What You'll Do:
  • Perform all landscape responsibilities within project deadlines. This includes mowing grass, trimming bushes, etc. within designated project deadlines.
  • Coordinate with vendors and maintain vendor relationship.
  • Conduct daily maintenance requirements on site and parking garage.
  • Assist supervisor with regular site inspections.
  • Protect the organization and clients from damage and loss. Report landscape damage to supervisor.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
  • Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
What You'll Need:
  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
