Job description

Construction Project Manager 

Estate Landscape & Tree Services is hiring a Construction Project Manager to lead high-end residential landscape construction projects in the Lake Tahoe region. 

We’re looking for someone who can keep jobs moving professionally, on time, and on budget while delivering a great experience for both clients and crews. This role requires strong field coordination, clear communication, and the ability to work effectively with both clients and Spanish-speaking employees. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Oversee landscape construction projects from kickoff to closeout 
  • Keep projects on schedule, on budget, and aligned with company quality standards 
  • Coordinate with clients, field crews, subcontractors, and internal team members 
  • Solve problems early to avoid delays, rework, and budget overruns 
  • Communicate clear expectations and maintain professionalism on every job 
  • Support safe, organized, high-performing job sites 
  • Manage project documentation, updates, and change communication 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Experience managing construction or landscape construction projects 
  • Strong leadership and communication skills 
  • Ability to build trust with high-end clients and lead field teams well 
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through 
  • Ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing control of quality, schedule, or budget 
  • Spanish-speaking or strong ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking team members is highly preferred 
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
