The Opportunity

You will serve as a critical field leader, driving the successful execution of high-end landscape, custom pool, and luxury outdoor living projects across Broward County. This role allows you to manage complex, multi-phase construction transformations while ensuring concierge-level service for a company with over 20 years of excellence. You will have the autonomy to lead diverse crews and specialty trades in a culture that values exceptional craftsmanship and long-term professional growth.


How You Will Make an Impact
  • Direct high-value pool and landscape construction projects from initial design through final completion.
  • Coordinate Jr. PMs, crew leaders, and specialty subcontractors to ensure seamless project sequencing.
  • Execute strict quality control standards to meet engineering requirements and municipal building codes.
  • Oversee daily field operations, budgeting, and scheduling to maintain project profitability.
  • Resolve technical field issues and logistical obstacles quickly to prevent project delays.
  • Manage procurement of specialized pool equipment and materials to ensure timely installation.
  • Communicate project progress through detailed reports and documentation to maintain client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven leadership experience managing large-scale outdoor construction or landscape projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex construction plans, engineering details, and blueprints.
  • Strong experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and large crews across various trades.
