We are currently looking for a Landscaping Maintenance Subcontractor to help take over and maintain our recurring residential and commercial maintenance jobs throughout our service areas.


These are established properties that we have serviced for years, and we are looking for someone dependable who can help us continue delivering high-quality results for our customers.

Your Responsibilities as a Landscaping Maintenance Subcontractor

Residential Properties

  • Routine lawn mowing
  • String trimming and edging
  • Blowing and cleanup of all hard surfaces
  • Basic shrub trimming (if assigned)
  • Maintaining curb appeal and service consistency

Most residential properties range from 1-3 hours per visit, depending on property size and scope.


Base Pricing Starts At:

$65 per visit

Pricing may vary depending on scope and property conditions.


Commercial Properties

  • Community entrances
  • HOA common areas
  • Multi-property maintenance routes
  • Full community mowing and landscape upkeep
  • Shrub maintenance and cleanup

Commercial jobs are typically full-day projects depending on the size of the community.


For Commercial Properties:

Negotiated Full-Day Pay

Compensation will be based on project size, crew requirements, and overall scope of work.


Job Requirements

  • Prior landscaping or lawn maintenance experience required
  • Must have your own crew and equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, trailer, etc.)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Professional appearance and communication
  • Ability to maintain schedule consistency
  • Must be able to service both residential and commercial properties efficiently
  • Must be able to service properties within Stone Mountain and nearby surrounding cities
  • Clean driving history preferred


System & Communication Requirements

  • Must know how to use systems such as LMN Crew for job management and crew tracking
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) for customer communication and updates
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive) for team communication, scheduling, email correspondence, and internal notifications
