The Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader is a high-level field management role responsible for the successful execution of complex landscape, irrigation, and hardscape installation projects. You are the "General on the Ground," translating architectural blueprints into living landscapes while managing a crew of specialists. • Fleet Accountability: Ensure the safe operation and cleanliness of company-owned trucks and trailers, maintaining a "standardized" and professional appearance at all times.

3. Administration & Strategic Communication
  • Project Tracking: Utilize BOSS Mobile and other digital tools for real-time timesheet submission, job costing, and material tracking.

  • Client Relations: Maintain professional on-site communication with clients, developers, and general contractors to manage expectations and resolve issues in real-time.

  • Production Planning: Communicate daily with the Production Manager regarding project milestones, labor hours management, and resource forecasting.

Pay & Benefits Package
  • Competitive Compensation: $800 - $1,000 weekly salary based on experience

  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive Health Insurance with Vision and Dental options.

  • Time Off: Paid Time Off (PTO) annually plus 11 observed Paid Holidays.

  • Retirement: 401(k) retirement savings plan.
