Landscape Sales Representative

Full-Time | Competitive Pay + Commission | Immediate Openings

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Landscape Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will build relationships with new clients, create proposals, and sell landscape maintenance, enhancements, and installation services. If you enjoy meeting people, walking properties, and closing deals, this is the job for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and generate new business through cold calls, networking, referrals, and site visits
  • Meet with commercial and residential clients to assess landscape needs
  • Prepare and present professional proposals for maintenance, enhancements, installations, and irrigation services
  • Follow up on leads and open estimates to close deals
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals
  • Conduct property walkthroughs and gather measurements
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth job handoffs
  • Build strong long-term relationships with property managers, HOAs, builders, and homeowners

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of sales experience (landscape industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to identify client needs and offer effective landscape solutions
  • Comfortable conducting site visits outdoors
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to follow up consistently
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
