Landscape Crew Leader/Driver

We are excited by our vision to deliver excellent customer service in the areas of landscape design, installation and maintenance to our clients with the help of our 1,000+ employees. Headquartered in Tampa, we have various locations including Pinellas Park, Bradenton, Ocala and Ft Myers. We have multiple opportunities for Landscape Crew Members in each of these locations.
Your role would be servicing our clients in the field by providing landscape maintenance support to commercial, private and public properties. You will be required to safely operate our landscaping equipment to complete your daily responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is someone who has at least 2 years or previous landscape experience and is capable of working in the Florida heat.
This role is located in Tampa, FL
As one of our Landscape Crew Leader:
  • Perform various landscaping and lawn maintenance tasks including mowing/cutting, trimming and edging all grass/turf on the assigned property.
  • Use blowing equipment to clear debris and leave the client property in better shape than before you arrived!
  • Prune shrubs and low trees; remove damaged or dead branches.
  • Perform wedding by hand or small tools.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed with the highest quality standards and deliver excellent customer service in all interactions.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

To qualify for this role, you will need:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in landscaping or lawn maintenance.
  • Experience Driving company truck ruck with 17-21ft trailer with clean driving history.
  • To be at least 18 years old and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • To perform physically demanding tasks in the Florida heat.
  • To be dependable and able to work well on a team.

To qualify as a Driver of our crews, in addition to the above, you must:
  • Possess a valid driver's license (of at least 3 years) and a clean driving record.
  • Pass a drug test.
